It's fairly loud as can be expected with all the kids running around having fun. The food was tasty and came out surprisingly fast. The games are fun as always but they recently added a new playground area that the kids seem to really enjoy.

If you plan to host a party here and they provide your child with 1000 free tickets, please keep in mind that they expire that same day.
We weren't informed of that, so I went to speak to them about it and they were giving me push back. They said something about it being a new policy then they claimed they didn't know.
I don't know which is which, but it is extremely unprofessional to not inform parents who are hosting a party about this. We are not employed there, so how would we know?
Tickets were honored, but I did not like the attitude that I was given. They were clearly trying to dodge accountability and when they fixed the problem, (especially the elderly man who loaded the missing tickets) seemed very rude about it.
Moving forward, we will be taking our business elsewhere and not coming back for any type of service from Peter Pipers.
I would have left a positive review if they didn't take up such a rude and defensive attitude and would've just apologized for not informing us and simply fixed the issue.
Bottom line is that attitude is key.

Peter Piper Pizza is like Vegas for kids — bright lights, loud noises, and you leave poorer with nothing to show but regret and a sticky plastic frog. The pizza? Absolute banger. Crispy, cheesy, and somehow always better than it has any right to be. I’d eat it in a dark alley if I had to.
The games, however, are locked in a Cold War with functionality. Half are broken, the other half require the reflexes of a caffeinated squirrel. One machine took my token and then played sad elevator music as a personal insult. Still, the kids run wild, the pizza hits, and nobody expects sophistication. Three stars for good food and chaotic energy.

Honestly, this was such a disappointing experience. We paid over $22 for a medium pizza, and it was definitely not worth it. The quality didn’t come close to matching the price, pizza from actual franchises tastes 1000 times better and costs less. I don’t know who’s in charge of pricing, but they need a serious reality check.
The only saving grace of this place is the arcade, it’s fun and probably the only reason we didn’t leave immediately. As for the staff, they’re nice when they feel like it, but the overall vibe isn’t very welcoming, especially to people that look like me.
I’m super frustrated we even bought that pizza. Never again.
