Needs a manager that cares about the business and customers. We were told we couldn't eat inside after we ordered 12 large pizzas and paid and tipped them 20%. Manger didn't feel like having to clean tables and accommodate us
We just left Pizza Hut on fortuna road in Yuma. Waited for 40 minutes took our drink order but never came with the drinks. Never took our meal order either.
We decided to leave and told the girl we were leaving and she ok. No apologies for bad service.
DONT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!
I’ve had several deliveries lately, where when you order online there is a place for “special instructions.” Don’t even bother putting anything in that box the delivery people obviously can’t read them. The last 3 times I’ve ordered delivery from the Yuma Foothills location I have SPECIFICALLY WRITTEN “KNOCK ONLY” but the delivery guys have rung my door bell!!! I have dogs there is a REASON I SAY KNOCK ONLY!!!! And on top of that they have burned both my breadsticks...read full review
