I recently ordered the Triple Pizza deal online. The worker Diana and her crew was thoughtful and helpful as I ordered online inside the lobby (so I could get those points). 14 minutes later I had an above average dinner for Momma Bear and the Cubs. Good times!

Our waiter Allen was exceptional, fast and made sure we were taken care of. The cook prepared one of the best stuff crust supreme pizza's my wife and I have ever ate. Looked like an advertismwnt

How can the service and pizza be 180 degrees from one week to the next? Last week we ordered a large pizza and it was fantastic. This week, same order and it came undercooked, so much sauce and half with ONLY pineapple!!! Even though I confirmed twice that the whole pizza should be pep/bacon/mushroom and then half with pineapple. Soooo sad. Even with an air fryer and our own pepperoni added, it was so gross. Soggy, sad Pizza Hut.
Needs a manager that cares about the business and customers. We were told we couldn't eat inside after we ordered 12 large pizzas and paid and tipped them 20%. Manger didn't feel like having to clean tables and accommodate us

We were a group around 30 ordered pizza ahead of time and when we got there and sat down in the party room the manager sent a waitress out to say they couldn't allow us to eat in side because there was another group. So what pizza hut can only sit one group at a time? So they had all our pizzas made and manager kick us out to the curb and refused to give our 20% tip back. So we had to eat out side in the parking lot while their dining room was basically empty. Manager has a no care attitude and said she didn't care if we never came back. That's how she treats paying customers that just spent 3 hours going around singing Christmas carols to older folks and neighbors
