Haven't been to pizza hut in decades. Still looks the same. I went for $2 personal pan pizza promotion. They 1 guy cooking and he was working hard to get the orders out. My pizza was good and fresh, but not a personal pan pizza. It was 4 bite size pieces of some other deep dish. The young lady at the counter was very professional and polite. She had to put up with so many rude people. If the location still looks light early 2000's bring back the og recipe.

Every time I place an order for pizza with extra sauce, it consistently arrives extremely dry, as if no sauce was added at all. I specifically request extra sauce to enhance the flavor, but unfortunately, it seems to be overlooked each time.

The employees really need to get it together. I had ordered a simple large pizza and was there at time that the app told me for pick up waited an extra 15 minutes because they can’t get it together very disappointing. This is the third time that they have been 15 or more minutes Late. And then on top of that, I drive home get all the way home to find out that they couldn’t even make my pizza, right

I recently ordered the Triple Pizza deal online. The worker Diana and her crew was thoughtful and helpful as I ordered online inside the lobby (so I could get those points). 14 minutes later I had an above average dinner for Momma Bear and the Cubs. Good times!
