We ordered chicken and beef burritos and all the burritos were dry there was literally no meet in them just rice and no flavor🤢. This has to improve if you want to be better. I wished I could of got the burritos at Chipotle instead. I understand that it could happen because it was a large order. But this is the second time, we decided to give it a second chance but the second time the burritos were the same or even worse. I have not tried anything else on the menu but with this bad experience I wouldn't want to anyway. I do love the chips & queso though.

They over charge people for food by inputting more expensive items in their system than what you ordered to push sales. They care more about sales than they do the customers and the incompetence among the management is seen by the consumers which emulates a toxic atmosphere. Food is decent but it’s obvious that it’s not freshly made same day.

Food is terrible. I had grilled steak burrito and wife had chicken nachos.
Steak bits were dry, overcooked and flavorless cubes. Wife said the chicken was rubbery. I knew when I saw the square cuts of steak and chicken all pre-cut in their stainless pans that this would be a bad encounter. Looked completely unappealing. Best thing about the visit were the corn salsa, warm chips and associated queso. Staff was very friendly and tried hard. $12 dollar for this burrito is insane. First and last visit.
