They were rude to us before we even got up to the window. And when we ordered They screwed up half our orders. And when we came back, the woman yelled at us when we tried to explain the problem and she was very aggressive.

Was cool to pull upto the service speaker/mic and find out my order was taken by a machine...lol got my order right!!!
I love the staff they always very nice and they serve food nice and hot. The manager is a great person and they have awesome service.. I love the frys…

Just your regular rallys. And thats not a bad thing whatsoever. They have that ai drive thru person now though. But once i got to the window the lady was so so nice. Food was fresh. Nothing bad to say. Thank you
