The worst Valenines experience ever. The restaurant was so overcrowded! Our reservation was over 1 hour late and then it took almost another hour for service. The poor waitress was kind but so understaffed . They had a limited special menu that was double the price of the regular menu. The Salmon gumbo was a small lump of overcooked rice with tiny bits of sausage and peppers and the smallest piece of blackened salmon ever served. The in Watery lobster bisque costing $16 ! And something in my pasta made me ill . Our bill had a 20% tip on it as well. We should have been advised of the limited menu when we made the reservation. So disappointed. We will never go back there 😔

We got there at 10 to 6 with a 6 o’clock reservation for over two months. There were eight of us. They came to us right away and served his bread took our drink order and for an hour and a half we waited for dinner. The waiter came a couple times and said our food was coming up. The whole outside area had not been served and there were people there when we arrived. When we finally got our food, it was colder than lukewarm and My Husband soup was cold. They took it was gonna heat it up and never came back. It was only about a half a cup of soup in the first place for $16 was a rip off. I’ve never had burnt cold potatoes, cold steak and cold asparagus before in a nice restaurant like this. They totally overbooked for Valentine’s gave a limited menu and were not prepared at all. People got I’ve never had burnt cold potatoes, cold steak and cold asparagus before in a nice restaurant like this. They totally overbooked for Valentines gave a limited menu and were not prepared at all. People got up and left. I wish we would have because the bill was outlandish.
We totally felt sorry for the staff because they were working hard embarrassed and management needs to say no if they can’t handle the crowd I believe they owe us our money back.
The bill had a service charge plus a tip charge of 20% each never had to pay a service tire plus a tip before this was awful
I think it was a tip, but I don’t know
Worst Valentines dinner ever. Waited 2 hours for food and the waitress was terrible. Needs to learn customer service. Not to mention limited menu and VERY EXPENSIVE. way over priced. Will not go back.

Absolutely terrible service. I made reservations weeks in advance for Valentine’s Day, and then when we arrive and get seated we wait for 2 hours without receiving our entrees. I understand they’re busy on Valentine’s Day, but that is unreasonable. Other tables seated 20 minutes after our table were receiving their food within 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable and ruined the Valentines experience for my girlfriend.

Just awful menu options for Valentines Day dinner. The food was tasteless, over cooked and dry. I had the herb crusted chicken, no herbs just bland panko chicken. Small portion size. Way over priced and 2-1/2 hours because of slow service.

We came in for lunch today, Stephanie was wonderful. She greeted us with a smile and was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Been here many times. The food has been a hit and miss with there pasta lately last few times I have been there it taste old and is dry. Steak and salmon is always great and deserts are amazing. Not fond of seeing waitress underwear hanging out and through her pants and stomach hanging out when paying this much for a meal. I personally prefer more modesty. Love the out door seating area.

We love this place! Always make it a point to eat here when in town from Phoenix. Lamb chops are out of this world and service is great. Enjoy the patio😊

Wonderful find! Just came from Pheonix and Sedona. This place was the best overall experience. The cosy quiet ambience, each dish was top quality and well prepared. The staff was above and beyond. I am pretty critical of restaurants so this critique with 5 stars all round is unusual.

The experience was disappointing this New Years Eve! The wait for lattes the last three times I have been there was excessive, and both the food and service fell below my expectations. When your spending a $150 in Yuma, this level of quality and service is unacceptable. I would not return on a holiday because our waitress/ bartender totally forgot about US! This saddened me as my last experiences where much better. Atmosphere is pleasent and the hostesses were kind.

Food was good not great and expensive. The worst thing was the service. They have a lot of workers but they are not efficient nor do they seem to be managed properly. Table of five we got zero drink refills or anyone checking on us at all. I saw someone getting bread at another table and found out we should have been offered bread as well. Again the staff seems aloof and untrained or just kind of standing around. It's a shame because I won't come back here again.
