Called in to order for pick up, no answer called second time they put me on hold, and they never got on the phone again. Had to retry third time and never answered again. Since we were already near decided to stop by and try and order in person since we still would like to try their food. Upon arrival we asked the young girl about our trying to call to order she said there priority is the people that are dining in. Therfore they don't care for the people that call in to order for pick up. OK we'll we still wanted to try food and it wasn't that good maybe average. I don't think I will go back to this place.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered the beef shawarma, but the meat pieces were very large and full of gristle. I had to take almost every bite out of my mouth because I couldn’t chew it properly. Also, the menu listed lentil soup, but I was told they were out of it. However, they didn’t adjust the price even though I didn’t get the soup. I expected better quality and service.

When this place first opened, it was exceptional, and the quality of the food has consistently been high. However, my recent experiences have been increasingly frustrating and unacceptable. Over the past few weeks, I have had no choice but to order online because every time I called, my calls were redirected to a text message instructing me to order online.
I ordered Gyro and chicken wraps, which were supposed to include pita bread, but instead, they were wrapped in tortillas. During my last online order this afternoon, as I picked up my order, I specifically asked the staff whether my wraps included pita. I was informed that I needed to specify that I wanted pita because the owner changed the policy without updating the menu. It is completely misleading that the menu states Gyro wraps come with pita and lentil soup, yet this is the second time I have received takeout missing the correct items.
I expect to receive exactly what is promised. I strongly urge the owner to address this issue immediately. I would like a response regarding how this situation will be rectified. The online menu does not reflect the recent changes, and there are no options available to choose between pita and tortilla.

I didn't think Yuma would have any Mediterranean restaurants but I searched anyway and found Shawarma Vibes. Absolutely fantastic. Great food, good selection and warm friendly service.

Sooooo delicious!!! Stopped on drive from Phoenix to San Diego based on good reviews and not wanting chain fast food. We had the falafel wrap, hummus, greeek salad, chicken kebab platter and mint lemonade. This was more food than we should have eaten (2pp) as we could not stop ourselves and put ourselves in a food bliss. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. We are now trying to think of excuses to come to Yuma to have again, truly might just come for food:)
