Terrible! First it took over 8 minutes to even acknowledge me, then another 26 minutes to bring my food ( parking lot was empty) the i find TWO long black hairs in my hotdog! Absolutely disgusting! I go tell the employee ( white emo girl with dyed red hair) and she rolls her eyes like she doesn't have time for this ( she was on her phone when I approached her) like r u serious right now?? So unprofessional, all the workers are teenagers that look like they haven't showered for weeks & just miserable working their. Put aside the disgusting hairs in my food, my biggest complaint was the unprofessional kids working there, they looked unkempt & annoyed having to be there working. Rolling her eyes after I politely informed her of the 6 inch hair follicles in my hotdog that I didn't order...unbelievable...

My husband ordered a burger, chicken sandwich and dragon fruit lemonade. He told the guy “No Mayo” and the guy asked him many times to make sure and so my husband said yes NO MAYO! He got home and his burger has MAYO! 😡 never again!

Ordered a strawberry cream slushie and tater tots. I specifically asked them to please bring ketchup with the tots. The card reader at the spot I parked wasn't working, so instead of coming to get payment, they waited til my order was done, She came to get my card and already had my food (I saw the slushie and bag that held the tots in her hand). Instead of leaving the food and coming back with my card, she took the food AND my card back inside, and after a few more minutes, came back with cold tots AND no ketchup and NO card. Had to ring the buzzer to ask for my ketchup and my card back. I have had to put a hold on my card now, as it was gone long enough, everyone could have written down the numbers.

To top it off, the cream slush HAD NO WHIPPED CREAM. This was my first and last visit to this Yuma Sonic.

Very flat soda and workers wouldn’t do anything about it even when the attention was brought to it. The worker ignored me at the drive thru for several minutes. The worker at the drive thru side eyed me when I brought up the issue and provided poor service to me throughout the whole interaction and the fries I ordered came out very greasy.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but it’s been several times that I have been frustrated with the APP, time it takes to receive food when ordering from APP and having to call them back because of forgotten items! Today the APP was not working at all so we didn’t get our free rewards and discounts. From a loyal sonic customer who would come a lot more but due to service and technical difficulties of the APP, I don’t! Please management fix your kiosks, your app and your service!
