So I went to Starbucks today to order a iced brown sugar shaken espresso grande. To my surprise after waiting in line, I was told they were out of grande cups with no sign posted and was offered to purchase a tall or ventie which I don't get either. The reason is because it changes the consistency either way I do grande so I asked if they could make the grande consistency in a venti cup, I don't want it filled up which I was than rudely told that I had to get tall or ventie and that it would be done as such which was rude and plainly obvious that they were irritated as I was but I kept my composure did not order anything and left. Customer service should be a little bit more of a focus point but maybe the price per cup idk. Very disappointed.

Starbucks 30 years ago was like a Parisienne Cafe. Today, it's an overpriced club where everything is sticky and service, and the product is subpar at best. The music is nails on a chalkboar, and the drinks are usually not correct. When you spend a car payment on a specific brand, you expect excellence. Starbucks needs to reconfigure their business model. It's outdated and has left their customers behind. 109 billion dollar company... do bette, Starbucks.

The baristas are especially friendly and courteous. They should help train most of the baristas at other locations in Yuma, especially the one on the big curb. Besides that the drinks are always made properly. I get exactly what I order, the drinks are always perfect. Starbucks should take notice and Albertsons should be very happy they have great baristas. I’m definitely making this my favorite Starbucks.

Leaving 1 star, because I have to, to leave a review! Horrible service at this location, order was made wrong 3 times, after they completely forgot about us, and made 4 other peoples stuff who ordered after us. I will never return to this location, for the price I pay, I expect better service.
