I literally am a Starbucks fein but this most recent visit I was trying to do a cute little TikTok trend to order matcha powder on ice so I can mix my Fairlife protein in it and I had explained that. Tell me why these girls try charging me 10 dollars I wish I took a picture because I was absolutely dumbfounded but it gets worse lollll I ask to just be charged a matcha latte but just make it the way I had requested and no lol I ended up just giving up because that’s INSANE. I don’t know if I’m sensitive but they told me that “they see these little hacks” and “they aren’t real” how it was said I lowkey took it as I was trying to skimp out of paying money which isn’t the case because I literally drain my paychecks on you guys or did lol. Maybe it is policy but I have worked there and I feel like it never hurts to be nice especially when I’m asking to pay even full amount for a made drink. Moral of the story the bomb baristas a Dutch bros not only made my drink with a smile but asked how much matcha I’d like gave me a big ol cup with plenty of room for my Fairlife protein shake and ON TOP OF THAT didn’t charge me lol go to Dutch save your time 🤝🙌🫶🏼

This store is absolutely trash. Every time i go here, there's an issue with my drink, but this one takes the cake. I ordered a tall peppermint mocha for red cup day and was told multiple times that I couldn't get a red cup because the drink has to be grande or larger. I double-checked the app to make sure, and the app says it's a purchase of any size holiday beverage to receive a red cup. I had another employee try to tell me I have to be a gold star member, and in the email they send out to Gold Star members, it says grande or larger. So I checked my email. The email literally says any size. I checked the Starbucks website, and it says any size. So why is this location lying to its customers? And just to test it out, I went to the Starbucks location on 4th and 16th, ordered a tall holiday beverage, and they gave me the cup without me even having to ask. They know the rules. But this catalina location is just lying to try to save their red cups. Absolute disgrace of customer service. I'm never ordering from this location again.

Made a mobile order, pulled up and girl says. We ask that you wait after placing your order to come pick it up. We have to get other mobile orders ready too. Mind you the place was empty and 1 car ahead of us on drive thru.
So would it have been better to not order ahead and order at the drive thru so I don't have to wait before picking up?

?NOT A 5 STAR REVIEW?: just trying to get this to the top. store says OPEN on google. I pull up to the drive-thru and there are cones closing it off, i park my car and walk to the door and grab handle and a man from the other side pushes the door almost hitting me to yell and say can’t you read the signs!?! i’m looking seriously everywhere for a sign and he just laughs at us. I say okay and walk away. Not sure if it was a Starbucks employee or a Smiths Electric Company employee but either way both are unacceptable and will no longer use this starbucks ?
