I live pretty close to a couple SB locations. With that said, this location is the one I go to! The staff is always so friendly (coming from someone who worked in customer service for years). Rita & her staff are amazing!! I will always pick this location over others 💚

After a long day of work, I had a very disappointing experience with one of the employees here. I simply asked for a pup cup, not knowing that you have to make a purchase first. Instead of politely letting me know, the employee was extremely rude and after handing me my items he slammed the window shut in my face. No “here you go” no “thank you” not even a “have a nice evening”. Just attitude and disrespect. Customer service should never make someone feel like an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Very unprofessional and uncalled for.
Best Starbucks in Yuma hands down! Never messes up my order, always super helpful and always provides service with a smile. Impossible to start my day without Starbucks on Pacific!

As someone who enjoys highlighting great customer service, please stop by and get your “Starbies” (is that still a thing?) on and possibly leave with a smile on your face and a drink that is NOT watered down 👍🏽😁

This is the friendliest Starbucks in the country! The positive attitude and second to none customer service was awesome. The entire staff are engaging and a fun stop for refreshments. It is worth driving a few extra minutes to visit this location.
