I live pretty close to a couple SB locations. With that said, this location is the one I go to! The staff is always so friendly (coming from someone who worked in customer service for years). Rita & her staff are amazing!! I will always pick this location over others 💚
I visit Starbucks everyday in Tucson and love my regular store but let me tell you about this Yuma store! The Manager and her team all greeted us as soon as we walked in and have so much energy. What a way to start my day🙂
What more can I say that has not been echoed in the reviews? The staff here was on point, the ladies who greeted and attended me were genuine and kind. As someone who enjoys highlighting great customer service, please stop by and get your “Starbies” (is that still a thing?) on and possibly leave with a smile on your face and a drink that is NOT watered down 👍🏽😁
