I've only been here a total of twice, and both times, I only got half my order. I placed the orders over the app about 20 minutes prior to arrival and still ended up waiting 30 minutes BOTH times. They simply forgot to tell me one item was out of the stock the first time, and the second time, they just didn't make my second drink. Terrible service. What's worse, they won't ask you why you're standing there for 30 minutes, and when you ask, they just tell you it's coming up, even when it's not. They act like you're inconveniencing them even after it's been an hour since your phone order was placed. Worst starbucks ever.

At least the first drink messup wasnt even given to us but everyones drinks were still messed up. They guy at the end acted like he was inconvenienced by having to fix a drink he messed up because it wasnt dairy free like we asked. So not very allergy conscious. Every single worker except the lady in red and black plaid was working at absolute minimum speed and the group of people waiting to order and to get their drinks was consistently huge.Weirdest experience and weirdest starbucks I've been to.
Dietary restrictions: They do not pay attention to dietary requests due to allergies.
