Stopped in to get a Venti cup of ice for my pre workout powder drink en route to San Diego. Nice break. Great staff and wonderful sense of humor. Nice tatt sleeves, too :)

I come through Yuma a few times a year. I pick this Starbucks because it’s convenient near Chevron. The bathrooms are always filthy here and there is no toilet paper. Not the usual standard I expect at

I went in and ordered a Black pour over coffee. And apparently that was to difficult for the employee at the coffee shop to make a black coffee. I walked out without coffee. This place has gone WAY DOWN IN customer service.

I've been there in the past and i have always fun into a little bit of trouble with my order even though o ALWAYS order the same thing. Trenta black tea lemonade with no sweetener and no ice. idk what it is but they always seem to mess it up. but.... this last time not only did they forget one of my drinks even after he repeated it to me to compete my order but the sandwich i ordered had NO TOMATOES. I order a tomato sandwich i expect tomatoes.
