I went in and ordered a Black pour over coffee. And apparently that was to difficult for the employee at the coffee shop to make a black coffee. I walked out without coffee. This place has gone WAY DOWN IN customer service.

I've been there in the past and i have always fun into a little bit of trouble with my order even though o ALWAYS order the same thing. Trenta black tea lemonade with no sweetener and no ice. idk what it is but they always seem to mess it up. but.... this last time not only did they forget one of my drinks even after he repeated it to me to compete my order but the sandwich i ordered had NO TOMATOES. I order a tomato sandwich i expect tomatoes.
It was closed in the middle of the day. Seems to be a common problem at this location.

I am so over this Starbucks On Fortuna every time I go there, they don’t make my drink correctly and The people at the drive-through window seem to always be confused, but today topped it off the deal on the app was every drink gets a free straw, and when I asked for my free straw for my other three drinks, they laughed in my face and told me no, I will never return to that Starbucks and everybody that I know will not return to that Starbucks . I called to speak to the manager because I felt like that was very unprofessional in the young lady on the phone said the manager was on vacation for two weeks and that she did not like the way I was speaking to her and that I could have a good day I was doing was asking for the manager because I didn’t appreciate to be laughed at the drive-through window over a silly straw. What is it costing them to give out a free straw, the app says free that means it doesn’t come out of their pocket. I paid for four drinks cost me over $20. You would think I could get a free straw for each of my drinks as the app says one straw per drink very very poor customer service.
