This is the worst Starbucks in town every time I go they mess up my order. I always try to avoid going there, but since it’s on my route, I stop but after this purchase, I will be going again. I don’t know how hard it is to get just a white iced mocha, correct

We went through the drive thru this evening for a mobile order pickup and was greeted by the sweetest girl ever. She had the greatest personality and beautiful smile. Our WCM’s were delicious. Thanks Bri, stay amazing!

Not busy at all went in to the store placed an order for two drinks.. at 1:12 the orders were placed ordered at the counter scanned my app to get my points waited and kept waiting saw two drinks that looked like mine at the drive thru window went up to ask the lady at the counter where you pick up your drinks are what was taking so long?? She then proceeded to tell me that she never seen my order come thru and then I told her I had ordered it at the counter then come to find out she went to get those two drinks that I had saw sitting there at the drive thru window for a long time with no names inserted on them I had asked if they needed my name and the lady at the counter said it would come up by scanning my app for the points. Finally got the drinks not even cold anymore no offer to remake them or anything to fix it or make it right got the order after 12:35 terrible customer service !!! Will never be going back there again. Slow moving and no hustle at all whatsoever. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, management definitely do better when training your workers.

The Starbucks is good. I’m a fan of Starbucks in general and their product is consistent with the other stores which I like. There’s nothing wrong with anything here except for the fact that everybody in Yuma goes there all day long. I have never seen a line wrapped around the building consistently all day. That’s the only part that sucks. I would suggest that you walk in rather than wait for 45 minutes in the drive-through.

I waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks that become incorrect from the description of the menu, compare to any other starbucks I've been, they were very slow and had bad services, I wouldn't recommend coming there if you have the time to wait so long. Never again 😒

What can I say, it's Starbucks! Had a delicious iced chai. ,☺️
They were the nicest people ever, and there was like 18 of us and they all tended to all of us equally and my friend she had ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, and it looked off to one of the baristas when she was drinking it so she had corrected it and came outside brought her a whole new venti drink, even though she was halfway finished with the first one, my new favorite Starbucks location. I do recommending ordering beforehand on the app as well! The barista is Sarah love the morning staff overall!

The worst Starbucks in Yuma. They make drinks wrong all the time or they aren’t made right. I order the same drink from every location and I’m always disappointed with the drinks I get here. Just ordered a white mocha and it’s just the espresso with milk. They totally missed the syrup.

I have visited this location several times, they have gotten my order wrong a few times and have corrected it, however on my last visit 12-31 not only did they get my order wrong they charged me 2 times!! I visit this place a couple times a month and would appreciate it if they could fix this problem! The worker at the driver thru was really rude about having to make the correct order!!
