What can I say, it's Starbucks! Had a delicious iced chai. ,☺️
They were the nicest people ever, and there was like 18 of us and they all tended to all of us equally and my friend she had ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, and it looked off to one of the baristas when she was drinking it so she had corrected it and came outside brought her a whole new venti drink, even though she was halfway finished with the first one, my new favorite Starbucks location. I do recommending ordering beforehand on the app as well! The barista is Sarah love the morning staff overall!
The worst Starbucks in Yuma. They make drinks wrong all the time or they aren’t made right. I order the same drink from every location and I’m always disappointed with the drinks I get here. Just ordered a white mocha and it’s just the espresso with milk. They totally missed the syrup.
Great coffee
I have visited this location several times, they have gotten my order wrong a few times and have corrected it, however on my last visit 12-31 not only did they get my order wrong they charged me 2 times!! I visit this place a couple times a month and would appreciate it if they could fix this problem! The worker at the driver thru was really rude about having to make the correct order!!

Omg they are by far the slowest at this location. I only waited because I was sick and needed a medicine ball. But I seen at least three cars drive away. Make that four, five. lol I’m working as I’m waiting in line. Super slow.
Starbucks is honestly the worst run business of its kind in the country from a consumer standpoint. Considering the fact that they have an annual profit of about $25 Billion, that's really saying something and what it's saying is, they don't care about their customers.
Rather than stand behind their store manager when the Philadelphia incident occurred, CEO Howard Schultz threw her under the woke bus and issued a public proclamation inviting non customers to loiter in their stores, yes, seriously.
The result, as expected, was homeless people loitering in their stores. And this came in the form of harassment of paying customers (remember us?), bathing in the restrooms, and literally camping out in stores.
Couldn't they have just initially upheld their policy of requiring purchase in order to enjoy complimentary amenities like every other eatery on Earth?
They could have, but instead, they kowtowed to the woke outrage mob, and now paying customers (remember us?) are paying for it in the form of heavily throttled wifi, heavily throttled water pressure in bathroom sinks, reduced access to AC power outlets, reduced seating, and bizarro, inconvenient policies regarding store security.
I've been patronizing Starbucks stores all over the country for 20 years, and trust me, dine-in customer experience has changed for the worse.

Why do they have order ahead but you cannot pick it up. It’s closed to get it
Close the app down if you do close early cause we are waiting in line when we shouldn’t be waiting
Very easy to order and they are fast

It took 30 minutes to get 4 drinks, and that's not including the 15 minute wait to get to the window with only 2 other cars in front of me.

Honestly if you were in need of a good cup of joe or a good place to grab a morning coffee before work this place offers the best drinks around town. They do there best with the amount of employees they have per shift and wait time is usuallt no more then 4 minutes though it can change depending on hoe many customers they get overall would defiently recommend to friends and family.
