They play the loudest disco music definitely not coffee house atmosphere other than having coffee. People go there to sit and relax, talk or study. Unless they're changing things up and are trying to create a different atmosphere i guess that's their fine. But probably I'm not going back to this one

Vegetarian options: All drinks have caffeine. I wasn't aware of that.I have high blood pressure so now I know. The fruit boxes are a great on the go snack but expensive for the little you get. I love the ice pellets in most Starbucks Cafés. Egg bites with bacon and gruyere cheese is my fave with Sriracha sauce♡

It's sad when the lobby customer waits on people with mobile orders and drive thru. And have more change in your cash draw. If your charging $8 plus dollars a drink, customers may only have large bills. So management figure it out. The customer service has gone down DRASTICALLY in the last several months. Be happy to work or stay the hell home. I certainly don't want your attitude. I pay to go there while your getting paid to do a job and that job description says smile....

My daughter ordered me the incorrect drink from the Starbucks app and upon arrival to picking up my drink I realized it was the incorrect drink with my name on it. The barista, Jasmine, must have noticed the dismay on my face as she asked me if the drink was okay. I informed her that my daughter ordered me the incorrect drink and I was bummed out because I was looking forward to my morning Starbucks. She asked me what drink I would rather have and proceeded to make it for me. This was despite it being a busy weekday morning. Excellent customer service! I usually go to the Starbucks on Ave. B, but I will now be a loyal customer here! Thank you Jasmine for making my day :)
