I ordered a grande peach green tea with light ice and ended up receiving just green tea with extra ice after I repeated my order 3 times. My boyfriend got a very watered down strawberry açaí refresher that barely had any strawberry inclusions. I under stand they get off at 11pm and we arrived at 9:30 pm but mind you I just got out of work and wanted to wind down with a nice drink to end my night.

Had stop at starbucks to pick up my drinks 2 of my drinks were missing toppings...on top of that my friend was trying to order a drink there was 7 guy employees and one of them attended my friend to order but the employee walked out on him so we took off the service was very poor helpfully that you talk to your employees and that this situation doesn't happen no more or to anyone thanks happy holidays

Now thissssss is an iced shaken espresso the way it should be made!! First time ever at this location, and the girl making my drink was super sweet. Great customer service. In the last 2 days, i've had to go back to the Starbucks where i live and have them remake drinks, & stillll i had to throw them out & re-buy at another location. Ya'll need to send the employees at this Yuma location over to Phoenix to train the employees at a lot of your locations. WITH bonus pay. I can give you a list lol. My iced shaken espresso this morning (Yuma loc.), had the 4 inch thick ring of espresso at the bottom, layering was spot on, it was foamy at the top, the way it should be. Not like that sickeningly sweet 2lbs of syrupy latte looking thing they try to pass off as the shaken espresso out at some Phoenix locations. As you can see, i barely made it a mile & this drink is gone, yum! My mood is definitely determined by my coffee in the morning, & this was a good one! ☕️👌🏾😋

The staff here are always kind and cheerful, even during the busy rush hours. You can tell they genuinely care about making every customer’s day a little brighter. Great drinks, great service. Always a great experience! I usually get a caramel macchiato, but Starbucks’ new fall flavor the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte has officially become my new all time favorite! I really hope it stays on the menu year round because it’s that good.

Never had a bad experience here until today. Young lady taking orders for the drive thru around 5:30am this morning was rude, slower than normal and not paying attention. Ordered ahead and got there like 10 min later had to wait a significant time and was ignored when I asked her if I could have a straw (I asked her to her face while she was handing me my drink). As I waited she turned around grabbed a cup and started making a drink. Didn’t stay around to find out how long it would take to get my straw I was in a hurry hence why I ordered ahead or at all. Lol!!
