Worst customer service ever !Disgusting lack of management .Poor quality customer service .After sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then being told they don’t accept credit card in the drive thru. Walked inside only to stand at the counter for 5+ minutes completely ignored. Then after several other people walked in behind us, we were told we had to go behind them … absolutely disgusting treatment. Our company spends on average $100.00 per day supplying coffee to all our staff every day Min-FRI.We will no longer be doing any more business with Starbucks, especially this location.

Music is WAY too loud. Consistency is low. Some staff are friendly, some are not, and they're constantly out of snack items. Otherwise, between the size and parking, this is probably the best Starbucks in Yuma, I guess.

Walking into Starbucks, it felt very welcoming. The staff is very nice and friendly. It's a great place to get some work done or simply just have a coffee and relax. The music was not loud, it was perfect. There is plenty of seating and tables. My order was made in a timely manner. I ordered a pink drink. It was good. It wasn't watered down like at most places.

I didn't buy food, I only got a drink at the drive-thru. But I go here frequently. It's an average Starbucks store. I always order real honey fir my iced green tea, because their "honey blend" gives me diarrhea. About 70% of the time they get it right.Dietary restrictions: They have so many baked goods, but none are gluten-free. You would think that a corporation this large would have something to offer by now, because 30% of the people I know are now gluten-free. There is ONLY Egg Bites for GF customers. Their egg/cheese boxes both have gluten-containing ingredients.Parking: This is in a mini mall with plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible and there is nearby accessible parking.
