Ate at the Pacific Avenue Subway and it was delicious and service great around 8pm. Will definitely eat there again.

After attempting to place a to go order for at least 15 minutes on the mobile app, which would not allow me to update my payment method, I called this Foothills Subway. The young lady I talked to refused to take my order by phone, telling me she was not allowed to do that. Made no sense to me. After a few more attempts with the mobile app, I was finally able to submit my order for two footlong sandwiches. When I got home with the sandwiches, I found that the type of bread had been switched on each, the few meatballs were cold, and the pickles and olives ordered on the other sandwich were missing, along with having only one paperthin slice each of ham and turkey. These two pathetic excuses for sandwiches cost me over $22 + tax. This is not the first time we've had similar problems with this Foothills Subway, and I'm thinking it's finally the last time.

I am disappointed because I ordered two sandwiches, and both were prepared incorrectly, with the ingredients misplaced on each. While I am not particular, it would have been more acceptable if only one item in the order had been incorrect, rather than the entire order.
Was craving Subway, glad I stopped in for lunch. The line was very long but the employee ,Nasim was handling the line and keeping the line going in a timley manner. I was unsure of what I wanted but he helped me pick out my sandwich while being professional and polite. He makes a great sandwich . Thanks!

Melissa cleaned the bathroom VERY well. Little things like that make the service feel special.
First time at this location, ordered online and order was perfect, food was fresh and everything tasted great. We ate our sandwiches here, supper clean store and restrooms, staff was nice, would come back.

Nas is an amazing employee who definitely deserves a promotion ! My sub was delicious. Even when I came at the last minute he was super kind, helpful and patient. Just all around the board a good person. 10 out of 10 !

One star is even too much. Everytime I order food whether it’s online or in person NEVER get my order right. WASTE OF MONEY. called to tell them hey like just a heads up pay attention a little more next time in the nicest ways possible told them hey this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from here and haven’t gotten what I ordered and got told “ well that sucks for you “. Very clean store. No food scraps on the preparation area and friendly staff was cleaning tables with disinfectant when we arrived.
The staff at this location could use some training of customer service and some manners.
