First time at this location, ordered online and order was perfect, food was fresh and everything tasted great. We ate our sandwiches here, supper clean store and restrooms, staff was nice, would come back.

I decided to try the wrap. No pricing on the board. After getting the wrap and getting home the wrap cost $15.00 and as far as I'm concerned, it not worth it. Bad deal.

Personally, I would not recommend ordering from here. SOME, not all staff, but for sure, the manager Liliana has the worst customer service, what happened to customer service. Corporate or the franchise owner should really look into the service this individual is providing. For those planning or thinking of ordering online. The app does not work. I'll be contacting corporate customer service as well.

Wraps.

The wraps were not just poorly made, they were extremely cold and disappointing to even see.
The advertising on the sandwiches said melted cheese and this cheese was cold. They squirted a few drops of the sauces and overfilled with lettuce and onions.

Needless to say, we had to throw them away. It seems that the quality of work being produced at this restaurant is extremely poor. I tried calling the restaurant almost 30 minutes using different the different phone numbers in my family because the calls just kept getting ignored. This could have been fixed at the local level but the staff refuses to even answer a phone call.

Its my second time trying the food here since I wanted to give it a second chance, the bread is always stale, they forgot to put some ingredients on my sub this and it didn’t have that much meat on it. I’ve tried other subways here in yuma & this one is definitely the worst. Bummer!

Side note:(this was an online pickup) as I read the reviews I notice this is very common with online orders.

Did a large order for pick up for 14 people and did not receive the 2 dozen cookies that were also ordered and paid for. They will not answer the phone!!! Bad service!

I’ve been to Subway a couple times and each time the store doesn’t allow paying with a bank card or a gift card! I don’t usually carry cash! I’ve walked out, this is disappointing, when is this situation going to change?
