Heidi, who works at this Subway, made my sandwich this morning, 😋. She did a Most Outstanding job, so I asked if I could give her a tip. She said they are NOT allowed to accept tips. The manager at this Subway should change that rule here. This is the 1st Subway that won't allow tips for the employees, that I have come across. My husband & I drive truck, from East coast to West coast, so we have been to many Subways in between. In the Food world, when a customer wants to show Appreciation to the Server/Chef or Sandwich Artisan,, you can leave them a tip, usually. It would be a Lovely gesture if the manager here at the Yuma, Loves Subway would Start allowing tips for their Sandwich Artisans, please.

Horrible experience the person who made our food was too short to even see over the counter or hear me and kept asking for what I wanted after I told her multiple times what I wanted and she ended up making some bs I don’t even know what it is and it’s for sure not what I ordered, will not be coming here again that’s for sure.

Huge rave to Patricia L. She's such a sweet lady and is super attentive. She always takes the best care of us whenever we go in. I really enjoy our conversations we have while shes making my sandwich. She makes the store have a very welcoming and homey feeling. Sandwiches are always a 10/10 when she makes them!

Yuma subway sucks all the time all locations
They don’t know how to wrap a sandwich l. I opened it and everything come out from sandwich
Jesus greeted us to let us know he'd be a minute, and he makes an awesome sandwich! I didn't get the other guy's name but he was friendly and helpful.
Food is fine. Staff ignored patiently waiting customer for several minutes as talked between themselves. Not good, where is management training?
