You can't get in the area unless you have access! I wish there was some kind of warning while you are placing an order! And we had to wait for half an hour (!!!) under the 110° heat (!!!), because when we asked if we could cancel the worker said "oh no, don't cancel, I'll bring it to you" and guess what. He didn't.

I waited 15 minutes for someone to come out and take my order but it seemed like nobody was working. I asked employees from the Carls Jr next door If subway was open, and they said “yes they should be, but nobody’s in the back room so I don’t know where they are.” Another 10 minutes went by so I opened the “employees only” door to find the only employee on their phone, listening to music, and sitting on the ground. Once he saw me he came to take my order finally about 25 minutes after I arrived.

My husband ordered a Flatbread B.L.T. and was told they couldn't toast the bread. The bacon was also cold and flet and looked undercooked.

Can not order because nobody is ever around they’re hiding in the back or nowhere to be seen. There’s a be back in 5min sign constantly up it’s a useless indicator on when someone will finally be around to take an order when it is always

This was my first time placing an order online and visiting this particular subway. I drove over to this subway to pickup my online order and stood in line. When it was my turn, the girl behind the counter told me to stand by the register and an employee would bring me my order. I had ordered a sandwich, chips, and a cookie. I had also grabbed a second bag of chips to pay for it as I wanted a snack for later. The male employee (the one with long dark hair) told me I had already ordered chips and that I could not pay for the second bag and he handed me my online order. I got back to my workplace and there were no bags of chips at all in the subway bag. Needless to say I plan to never return to this Subway and I even went as far to tell all of my coworkers of my experience as well.
