Disappointed. We got a special. The tacos were in pieces. The burrito was okay. It came with some twisty cinnamon garbage. The cashier got the drinks wrong. They were efficient but took no pride in the preparation of our food. Honestly, we will not go back. Mngmnt might add some kind of generic we're sorry you had a bad experience to this but the review is sincere.

I ordered 2 sides of sour cream because I'm tired of paying for it and them not putting in the food. Is it TOO much to ask that they fill the 1/2 ounce cup? or do I gotta pay for extra sour cream with my side of sour cream? 🤔 c'mon Taco bell!

I placed an online order at 1314. Arrived on location at 1320. When I arrived, I discovered that my order hadn't been submitted, so I had to wait. After about 20 minutes I spoke to the employees again and asked if my order was ready. Turns out they never started. The cashier then placed my order at 1340.The purpose of online ordering is to streamline the process, allowing you to quickly pick up your order without having to wait inside while everyone else gets served before you. It seems like there’s a lack of organization, and I won’t be returning to this location.
