The experience I received was one that was exactly as what was expected, quick, med satisfying calories. Don't get me wrong we are in Yuma AZ there are better local vendors that are more indigenous to the area "when it comes from Hispanic Gourmet" but Taco Bell is a great go to for quick when I don't want a burger.I was impressed with the "Self Checkouts", the counter clerk walked me through the new'ish checkout process.I thought the Atmosphere there seemed friendly and it had great location which attracted more of a family or elderly clientele. It was a nice treat after a long appointment in a local business.Parking: Great Handicap Access ♿
Walked in for 1 one specific breakfast item and the place seemed to be deserted as if nobody was working in the store. There was nobody at the front counter to greet or take my order! A tall polite gentleman came out only to tell me that "someone " would help me "shortly"! I could see what seemed to be one young lady around the corner possibly making food and another young lady popped up but never came to the front desk to simply greet or at least let me know she would be with me shortly to take my order. very disappointed!

One of the worst fast food experience I ever had. Had an online order and waited for 30min+ when the restaurant was mostly empty! At the end it was because they forgot to check me in on their computer, waste of time.

Very good service from the staff, you arrive and they immediately tell you that orders are placed on screens that are there when you enter, but they are on the lookout for whatever you need.
Tostados are a thing of the past at any Taco Bell. Instead of bringing on new items, why not bring back the item that got me hooked at Taco Bell? (the tostado) I haven't (and won't) spend my money at Taco Bells because of this so my mexican fast food of choice us now Del Taco!!

My wife and I stopped in for a drink and to use their restroom. The restrooms, along with the entire inside and outside, of the building were clean and in great condition. We were promptly waited on by a very helpful young man. It was a very pleasant experience for a fast food establishment.

Had a hair in my taco and bit into it, I told the manager who swore they wear hair nets. My wife was with me and was in food service and noticed the girls attending us at the register didn't have a net. Do better taco bell manager smh. You guys are gross.

I am appalled that I have to order through a kiosk. Having kiosks take over the jobs created for people should never be accepted. Jasmine and Hector were wonderful in ordering our food and their friendly service. Sadly I absolutely will boycott ANY restaurant that takes jobs from the people. Shame on you Taco Bell.

CHECK FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They forgot my 2 tacos ? very upsetting I didn’t have time to drive back at that very moment… lesson learned make sure you check your food before you leave… also after eating the food I had a stomach ache and diarrhea…
