There is no counter help and the kiosk doesn't work the employees just don't like helping their customers.i won't recommend to anyone to go to this taco bell.what a shame that taco bell is going down the drain.the employees should be fired and or the restaurant needs to be shut down.i remember when I was a kid.taco bell was good back then.now is just hell when you go to this taco bell and other taco bells

Jack in a Box tacos are better then this sorry excuse of a taco. Then even put all the lettuce on the side. It's supposed to be inside the taco, not on the outside.

It's take forever to get service here, food gets to you cold. I been here mny times and I haven't experienced so much delayed. I won't be back for a long time.
Excellent customer service. When ordering a big order online, I find it less stressful to park and pick it up inside. Drive thru was fine until they asked you to reverse and wait in front a station. The customers behind you get anxious/mad; it's easier to just get the order inside, in my opinion.

they got my order completely wrong, i asked for a chalupa combo (beef), thats it, they took 18 minutes when there was only 2 people inside, and like 1 car in the drive thru. then they proceeded to give me chicken chalupas when i asked for beef, i get workers make mistakes but how can you take so long doing an order and still get it wrong. worst of all, it was the tiniest bit of chicken, 90% was lettuce and sour cream.
