Well I come here very frequently and they constantly make mistakes on my order so in the drive thru today oli ordered my combo upgrade taco to a supreme. Knowing there will probably be a issue with them not making the taco a supreme so I take a few seconds to check which makes the cashier at window have a attitude and roll her eyes then more attitude when I told her taco wasn't a supreme which I had just paid for she got more attitude and went and got my taco then threw a bag with taco in it into my car and slammed window shut. I don’t came often to Taco Bell , but must of the time they’re always so nice to me! I ordered wrong my order thinking that I could get the fries on the side but I added them inside of my food , so I wanted to pay for fries on the side and they just give the fries even with the side of the cheese that was so sweet.Thank you!

Went in today for lunch around 11ish, there was about 2 people in the lobby and only 2 cars in the drive-thru. i ordered a lux box, a stacker, and 5 layers. The stacker came with absolutely no shredded cheese and no beef on it (i order it with no natcho cheese ) i also asked the lady at the counter to see if they could cut it and the lady thats expediting literally gave the rudest look but said okay and it wasnt even cut. And missing one of my soft tacos, I worked at Taco Bell for several years it's quite crazy how no one could listen/ read very simple instructions

It feels really bizarre to write a review of a fast food restaurant because you normally know what you're getting yourself into and that is to say low quality. I'm not proud to admit how often I frequent Taco Bell's but what I will say is I'm essentially a connoisseur at this point. I was passing through Yuma and I stopped here for dinner and I was so shocked. The staff were so friendly, the bathrooms and lobby were immaculate, and the food was hot, fresh and full. I can't remember the last time I went to a Taco Bell and I got everything I ordered AND it was good quality. Shoutout to exit 12 TB in Yuma.
