Went in today for lunch around 11ish, there was about 2 people in the lobby and only 2 cars in the drive-thru. i ordered a lux box, a stacker, and 5 layers. The stacker came with absolutely no shredded cheese and no beef on it (i order it with no natcho cheese ) i also asked the lady at the counter to see if they could cut it and the lady thats expediting literally gave the rudest look but said okay and it wasnt even cut. And missing one of my soft tacos, I worked at Taco Bell for several years it's quite crazy how no one could listen/ read very simple instructions

It feels really bizarre to write a review of a fast food restaurant because you normally know what you're getting yourself into and that is to say low quality. I'm not proud to admit how often I frequent Taco Bell's but what I will say is I'm essentially a connoisseur at this point. I was passing through Yuma and I stopped here for dinner and I was so shocked. The staff were so friendly, the bathrooms and lobby were immaculate, and the food was hot, fresh and full. I can't remember the last time I went to a Taco Bell and I got everything I ordered AND it was good quality. Shoutout to exit 12 TB in Yuma.

Best place to satisfy your craving for tacos and burritos.
We come here about once a month for breakfast ( little known AZ. State mandate is Tacos must be eaten for breakfast at least once a month, lol). We always get our food hot, fresh and served with a smile, cant ask for much more than that. The kiosk ordering for us works great, I stumble a lot talking to people so this is wonderful.

This place has gotten so ridiculous. It used to be good now you replaced social interaction with machines and you give with missing ingredients. If you can’t communicate youre out of ingredients through a machine maybe dont have them! Also not sure why the veggie bowl is $8 how in the world is the the most expensive thing the menu, you can buy like 4 things for cheaper than that

Had the new Lux box. Not bad for the price at all. Food wasn't bad, rather tasty. I realize they are not honest Mexican food, but I didn't have time to go sit down. So this filled the hole. This about the 3rd time I have eaten the Lux. Service was great at the drive thru window
