**A Hidden Gem in Yuma – Worth Every Visit**
I've been to this place twice now, and both times were absolutely fantastic. The food is **fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care** — every bite tastes like quality. You can tell the kitchen knows exactly what they’re doing.
The **drinks are spot on**, especially refreshing in the Yuma heat — the perfect way to cool down and relax.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the **people**. The staff is genuinely **friendly, attentive, and truly cares about making every guest feel welcomed and valued**. Their focus on customer satisfaction is clear in everything they do, from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave.
It’s rare to find a place that delivers both **great food and great service** so consistently. I’m already looking forward to my next visit — highly recommend!

Really good, authentic Mexican food. Warm, friendly service. Our family tried a bunch of different tacos and we particularly enjoyed the tripas (tripe), shrimp, 24 hour, chorizo and crunchy beef. Flavors are complex and sophisticated. Guacamole with chips was excellent, the chips are really special. My teenage daughter usually is not a big fan of Mexican food but after her meal here she said it changed her mind about Mexican food after she tasted how good it can be. We were passing through on the way back to Phoenix, and we look forward to passing through Yuma again just for this restaurant. Place was nicely updated and clean too. Business is slow in the summer and we weren't sure if it was open because the lot seemed a bit empty but we are sure glad we tried it!

My family and I went recently and enjoyed our food but what really made the experience great was our server Myra, always smiling and attentive, it’s nice to get a server that’s friendly now days because most are so rushed and don’t really give a care about customer service.
Good tacos.

First time there and landed during happy hour, yay me! I had the mini chimis with a cabeza and tripa tacos. All 3 were awesome, the drinks were great and the bartender was very nice. Will definitely be back for breakfast!

Flavor that hits home!
I stopped by Takos & Beer while traveling through Yuma and had their menudo along with a couple tacos—and wow. The menudo was rich, authentic, and full of flavor, with tender hominy and just the right amount of spice. The tacos were fresh, well-seasoned, and hit the spot.
Shout-out to Becca for her excellent customer service—friendly, fast, and on point the entire time.
The vibe is lively, the food is legit, and the experience overall made this a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!
