I had a fantastic experience with Texas Roadhouse while picking up food for Relay for Life. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who made the process smooth and efficient. I try not to be a Karen, so I googling my complaint before I made the phone call, I ordered a New York strip and was only able to eat a third of it because it was so fatty. I called them after telling them I was only able to eat a third. they told me to bring it down and they would replace it. they didn't replace it because I tried to eat it 😭 used to be mine and my family's favorite steakhouse, not no more 🙏
