One of the best experiences I've had at a Texas Roadhouse. Everything was perfect.

Been here twice, first time took an hour to be seated after using the online reservation. Then tonight we were sat at a table of 6 for 3 of us. We stated we had people possibly coming prior. So when our kid and his kids showed up they refused to serve them even though we had room at our table. We requested a manager and he was terribly rude, explained him self but was robotic and rude. We were willing to wait if any issue cause part of our party was late but they basically refused service. Sorry doesn't work like that! Will never go again and dont recommend. San diego location is amazing!! Toby

If I was to create a mediocre resturant it would still be better than this. Music was so loud you couldn't speak to those at the table. The waitress was treated like she was under a microscope by the owner, Jim. He introduced himself and proceeded to be extremely condescending. Our entire team will not be coming back. I hope Jimothy learns what hospitality is.

Food was fantastic. The wait staff? Absolutely delightful, charming to a fault. But then there’s Jimothy (Jim, if he’s feeling casual), the proud owner. A true visionary in the art of customer alienation. When a member of our group was delayed, Jimothy made it crystal clear: policies are policies, and heaven forbid customer service get in the way of his sacred seating chart. One poor soul ended up exiled to the bar, dining solo like some banished villager. Jimothy, of course, didn’t deliver the news himself, he bravely stationed his staff as human shields while he clung to “the bottom line” with the zeal of a man who’s never met the concept of hospitality. Truly, if there were awards for hiding behind policy, Jim would be a shoo-in.

The wait staff is so fun here! We enjoyed our food, but the line dancing certainly made it even better.

WORST customer service EVER!!! From the owner JIM VASICA, We were celebrating a birthday and it was a party of 17, we were promised to be seated on different tables but all close together, when we were taken to our tables they sat us all over the restaurant, we let our server know that we were told that we were suppose to be seated close to each other, he had us speak to the manager because we asked to have our request honored, he simply denied our request, eventho there were booths closed together available, he couldnt do that for us, he was rude and simply said, “Thats ur table ma’m” not even tried to work with us. And to top it off, he walked to the back with a cocky smile on his face, He definitely ruined our dinner and our friends birthday.
Worst experience with Jim who suppose to be the owner.
Super bad experience with Jim who mentioned it was the owner. We waited for over 2 hours.
worst experiance with “Jim” the owner
If you have a child with autism, do not go there! There is zero understanding or empathy towards parents or children like that!Very disappointed!!!
