Came with my Army service dog. Waited in the bar to get a text. Wait time was 19 to 15 min. Got no text..waited 35 min..left to host stand and was told they tried to contact me? Was shown a table, waited another 10 min and lost all interest. Either it was.my service dog or my veteran outfit that bothered the staff

It seemed like a busy evening so me and my husband decided to eat (and drink) at the bar. Ruby and Elvia were so sweet! They're attentive and quick! Elvia has been who's helped us in the past and she's been great everytime! Thank you ladies!

This particular restaurant, located in Yuma arizona, is it favorite stopping point on our long driving trips. Consistently good food, friendly staff and fun environment. We've been to many Texas Roadhouse restaurants and they are always well-managed and well-run.

Attentiveness of the bar staff is weak at best. I sat at the bar. Had to ask for silverware, bread, etc while they were talking amongst themselves. If you want your steak medium, request medium-well. It will be just right. Surprised a steak house can’t cook a steak properly. Masked potatoes are dry.

Been here twice, first time took an hour to be seated after using the online reservation. Then tonight we were sat at a table of 6 for 3 of us. We stated we had people possibly coming prior. So when our kid and his kids showed up they refused to serve them even though we had room at our table. We requested a manager and he was terribly rude, explained him self but was robotic and rude. We were willing to wait if any issue cause part of our party was late but they basically refused service. Sorry doesn't work like that! Will never go again and dont recommend. San diego location is amazing!! Toby
