WORST customer service EVER!!! From the owner JIM VASICA, We were celebrating a birthday and it was a party of 17, we were promised to be seated on different tables but all close together, when we were taken to our tables they sat us all over the restaurant, we let our server know that we were told that we were suppose to be seated close to each other, he had us speak to the manager because we asked to have our request honored, he simply denied our request, eventho there were booths closed together available, he couldnt do that for us, he was rude and simply said, “Thats ur table ma’m” not even tried to work with us. And to top it off, he walked to the back with a cocky smile on his face, He definitely ruined our dinner and our friends birthday.
Worst experience with Jim who suppose to be the owner.
Super bad experience with Jim who mentioned it was the owner. We waited for over 2 hours.
worst experiance with “Jim” the owner
If you have a child with autism, do not go there! There is zero understanding or empathy towards parents or children like that!Very disappointed!!!
It was a little too loud for my taste. Excellent otherwise!
disappointment with the service my party received at your Yuma, Arizona location during a recent visit. We were a group of 15, there to celebrate my wife's birthday — a special occasion that was unfortunately soured by poor management and a lack of accommodation.
Manager Jim refused to allow our party to sit together, despite other patrons offering to shift or combine tables to help make it possible. His demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive, and he showed no willingness to assist or make reasonable adjustments to enhance our experience.
While the management fell short, I would like to extend our thanks to our waiter, Mike, who made a genuine effort to make the best of a bad situation. His professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed.
Unfortunately, due to this unpleasant experience, we will not be returning to this location

It was a bit of a wait. But the service was great as well as the food.
Today on mothers day we had the worst experience ever here. After coming here for over 10 years this is the lat time we will visit this place. During easter my daughter found a gold easter egg which gave her dinner for two and a cactus blossom. Today we May 11 we only wanted to use dinmer for two. To which we were told we couldnt because it was a national holiday. Yes, morhers day is very important and we consider it a holiday, but its not a national holiday. Owner comes by and says I was cursing at the waiter, I came with my family and that never happened my daughters even said she was lying. He then stated he was the owner and I asked for corporate number and he said, they’re just gonna send you right back to me. He said I was being argumentative. Then proceeded to kick my pregnant wife, daughters and me out because he said I was arguing about it he said. Before walking out, I asked for corporate nimber again and he said, you need it look for it.
I arrived 10 mins late to my moms Mother’s Day lunch and the server said I couldn’t order any food because I had arrived late. That the manager wouldn’t allow it. Nobody had received their food at this point yet. She apologized in an insincere tone of voice but if she actually wanted to accommodate she could of just let me order. I doubt anyone is counting how many tabs were opened vs how many people checked in. She went to go “ask permission” if I could order at a restaurant. She didn’t come back for a really long time and said no and seemed very dismissive. Her name is Briana.
Really good chicken fried steak. Also, the rolls are so good here!
Great food, took a long time to get our meal.
