I used Baja Lion to cater my Rehearsal dinner for my wedding. We opted for the pasta bar. We added stuffed mushrooms, crabcakes, and brie croustinis and Tiramisu for dessert. He brought his mobile kitchen and cooked everything onsite so everything was super fresh! The pasta bar was so delicious. It included salad, bread and all the plates and cutlery. Everyone was so impressed and there were so many compliments about how fabulous the food tasted and everything looked beautiful. I was so glad we chose this company. We also hired them to cater our wedding brunch. Talk about the best brunch ever!! French toast, pancake, waffle bar w fresh berries, syrup whip cream. He had it all! Omelette station with so many available options. Delicious breakfast potatoes. The perfect breakfast after a long wedding night. I have been so impressed with them that I have since booked him for an office lunch, a birthday dinner and Christmas party dinner. His prices are reasonable and I have not had one single complaint. Highly recommend booking him before everyone finds about this hidden gem. 🙂 Side note.. you can sometimes find them at Friday night munchies serving up some killer Pastor tacos!
