The overall presentation of the food looked amazing! It did its job at satisfying my appetite, but truthfully lacked the flavor of the true Hispanic culture. I'd categorize as more of a Tex-Mex meal. That salsa was very flavorful, but the lid often got some chunks of tomatoes stuck in the cap, making it a bit of a nuisance to pore. Overall I rate The Chile Pepper a B+ for great presentation and phenomenal service!
I think they changed the recipe for their flour tortillas at least a year ago. They are not as good as they used to be. I used to get food there at least twice a month, now maybe twice a year. Other people have thought the same.
Great place. But they forgot the rolled tacos I ordered.

Tried to make another order inside the restaurant. Play some way too crowded for my liking. I left after like 20 minutes without any food. I'm not going to wait that long just for two bean and cheese burritos. Also do they like not call out your order number anymore?
