I ordered a sausage McMuffin, but got an egg McMuffin. Took a little while to get my order, McDonald's breakfast meal offer is better imo.

Ordered our burgers. They both came without tomatoes. Wife goes to counter to ask where's the tomato. Young lady behind countrt asks "For what burger?" which my wife is holding in her hand, "Dave's single" she responds. After a pause the worker says "We are out of tomatoes for tonight." It's seven thirty. Why would you ask for which burger? Isn't it irrelevant if you have no tomatoes? Walmart is across the parking lot. They have tomatoes. Not impressed. Not even a apology. She specifically picked that burger for the lettuce, onion and TOMATO. As it's advertised. No compensation. Could of offered a small Frosty or something. Pathetic customer service. Sadly this is the way of the world now it seems.

The place was Clean and the staff were excellent. IMHO it met my expectations and corporate standards. 😂 The coffee was pretty good and the baconator breakfast was good too. I think a better roll would knock it out of the park. Somthing with some body, not a sponge. The place would have a 5 but for no paper towels in the restroom and the $9 sandwich with a sponge roll.

Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese muffin. It was Not hot. And the muffin was hard and crusty. Coffee was terrible.
I normally don’t say anything and just let stuff go. Not this time. This is by far the worst restaurant in Yuma. Don’t worry you want get my business again. Especially if this is how you treat your customers.

It's a fast food chain restaurant. Nothing overly wrong other than the food I pre ordered online on the mobile app not being ready so I had to wait,and the taste being bland as cardboard,and the absence of the frosty I ordered because they ran out of chocolate frosty. How do they run out of frosty ? That's the main reason most people go there is because they have something that other restaurants don't have, so I don't understand how these restaurant chains are running out. If you know that is your most requested item, why not prepare? The same thing happens at another "restaurant" that I go to. I'm really not understanding how this town runs out of things when they know there can be a surge of people at certain times of the year because it happens every year. So frustrating 😫. I haven't been here more than once on purpose. This was the first time I've eaten at a Wendy's. In a very long time and will probably be the last but with that being said in a pinch, the nuggets are kind of ok. Definitely, is not like it used to be, and the food leaves an aftertaste.

Believe it or not, I think this is the best Wendy's restaurant I've ever been to. I had their nuggets & double burgers. They have the best service, kind employees, and a super clean store, even the bathroom! I love this place!

Sausage biscuit with sausage well done. 2 for $3, great deal. Biscuit was soft and fresh, and sausage was hot.
