I ordered the boneless meal for two Sunday night and I got food poisoning I had a raw boneless chicken wing I didn’t know it was raw till I bit into it place wasn’t even packed I was the only customer and it was a mobile order I’ve already emailed you guys about this situation

We visited Wingstop for the first time, and honestly, we didn’t really know the menu when we arrived. I mentioned a few things that sounded good to me — like cheese on the fries and the corn — but since we weren’t familiar with the restaurant, we decided not to order them because we weren’t sure if we would like them.
Michael helped us, and he was incredibly patient with us from the start. His customer service was excellent and very attentive.
When our food arrived, I asked my husband, “Oh, did you order the corn and the cheese for the fries?” He said no — and then Michael told us, “That was me. Since you said it was your first time here, I wanted you to have a sample so you could try them.”
That gesture truly made our experience special. Michael knows exactly how to treat customers — very respectful, kind, and thoughtful. The food was delicious, but the customer service was absolutely on point. We will definitely be coming back!

This place is absolutely clean, great customer service, and very attentive! When I came in John helped me out and he was super sweet. He made sure I was doing good and just starting up a convo while cleaning. He was so nice towards others and made them feel very welcome. The staff there is amazing !! Thank you guys !!
