I love this place but today wasn't good. Found a hair in my daughters ice cream and the lady at the front made me feel bad for asking questions about the flavors. She was not very nice.

Loved getting a flight to try multiple flavours! It was a hot day and even with two of us trying our best to keep up, the low sides of the flight tray did let a decent amount of melted ice cream escape. POG flavour was excellent.

They should train their staff as some of them believe tips are mandatory. They sabotage when they can’t get any. Please see our cone, is this your normal service quality, broken cone? The other cone had two scoops, but one of them was about to fall, I had to push it to the top. Additionally, nobody has to subsidize staff’s income with tips! If there is any problem with what they earn, they should contact with their employer!

Banter’s Ice Cream is delicious! The stuffed waffle cones are such a fun twist, and the ice cream is always creamy and flavourful. I really like how they switch up seasonal flavours every month too – always something new to try. Definitely worth stopping by!

I had a fantastic experience at Banter Ice Cream in Abbotsford! I tried their chocolate mint and lemon curd flavors, and both were absolutely delicious, bursting with rich, authentic taste and a creamy, high-quality texture that made every bite a delight. The staff were incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend stopping by for a scoop of their amazing ice cream!

This spot is absolutely worth the drive – hands down the best ice cream I’ve had in the whole city!! 🍦 The flavors are rich, creamy, and made with top-quality ingredients. The waffle cone? Next level. Perfectly crisp, buttery, and fresh. It honestly tastes homemade and pairs so perfectly with the ice cream. What really impressed me too is that they have vegan options and they are good!
