A gem for people with food restrictions in Downtown Abbotsford! Everything is tasty, gluten free and has the ingredients and allergens listed. We had a Neurodivergent Social Connection group for adults meet up yesterday and we had some people with celiac and nut allergies show up, so it’s great you had food for those people to eat. Also, thanks for sharing our Instagram post too, that helps get the word out about our new group.

Easily the best cafe in Downtown Abbotsford. They have the ingredients listed right in the display case and many of the options are dairy free. And the taste is absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend to everyone.
