Just happened to be i Abbotsford and came here for the first time. Took them a little bit to acknowledge at the door but that was ok. Got seated and we ordered. We both ordered combos. Mine arrived in about 20 minutes and my girlfriend told me to start eating as we were expecting hers to show up any minute. I ate and 10 minutes later, we asked where my girlfriend's meal was. Took my boyfriend here for his first visit. Turned out to be a big mistake. His food came about 20 min after ordering, wasn't very busy either and no sign of mine. Told him to start eating. Waited another 10 mins asked about mine only to be told its coming. Waited longer asked again at this point he has eaten his fill of food we asked again to be told its coming. Christmas eve we placed am order 12 hours in advance and pre paid. Sent my son to pick it up early for the promised time (6:30).
my son waited until 8pm at which he was told 30 more minutes. 2hours of waiting ! Eventually they refunded the money which hasn't been refunded to my account yet (2 days later) we were left with no food Christmas eve as by that time no resturants or grocery stores are open. They absolutely ruined Christmas eve for us !
