“Stopped by Trading Post Brewery recently and had an awesome experience, thanks in large part to Mitch behind the bar. He was friendly, welcoming, and really knew his stuff when it came to the beer lineup. I mentioned what I usually like, and he nailed the recommendation the pint he suggested ended up being my favorite of the night.
Even with a busy bar, Mitch took the time to chat a bit, answer questions, and make sure everyone was having a good time. It’s clear he enjoys what he does, and that energy makes a big difference.
