Great place if you want to sit and play/learn about new games but they gouge you with the food prices... $8 a person to play is perfectly reasonable IF you're not eating... but go on a date, order a few drinks and some food and they should wave the $8 fee... otherwise you're slammed with a $16 fee on top of $50 bill... bad business in an otherwise wonderful place.

The reason for my 1 star review is, I am not sure how i was charged a 10% LCLB PST for non-alcoholic drinks, and not sure why i got charged 20% gratuity for only 2 people coming into there cafe. This does not make sense and i am pretty disappointed over there unreasonable charges.Update:Since posting this review and leaving them a feedback via there charging system, the reached out and apologized for the extra charges and refunded them. Really do appreciate the prompt response and action from there management/team. Overall experience was great, and i really did enjoy how they had all of their games organized in a way where people are able to navigate to the best options for a fun game night. Will deff go back someday

The space is great, the food prices are not.I understand a fee per person to sit and play games. I understand that food costs money. Should it cost 47 bucks for a couple to play some games, have 3 non-alcoholic drinks, and a spinach and artichoke dip? No.Again, great place, good staff, too pricey. For 50 bucks I can get dinner anywhere. If you want to try a bunch of games then this is a great place. If you are on a first date this is a great place. If you are looking for something unique, this is a great place. If you are looking for any kind of value, this is not a great place.I re-iterrate... A great space for some things, don't order food or drinks here.

A wonderful place to spend an afternoon with friends eating snacks and playing board games. The candy flight is quite fun, although definitely too much candy for 2 people haha.

This is the most family friendly place in Abbotsford. Excellent selection of games and consistent food. The service is always friendly. Worth a trip.Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free options.
Great staff! They do an amazing job to make sure everyone is well taken care of. Portions are big and great for sharing. We have been here a few times, and keep coming back. It’s a great place to bring family, friends or a date!Kid-friendliness: Great for kids who love playing games. They have a whole section with kids games so you don’t have to try and find something among all the other options. My 5 and 10 year old had a blast!

This place has so many boardgames that it's very hard to choose what to play. The service is wonderful and the drinks are pretty great. The food needs to be refined slightly, but they weren't bad at all. I will recommend this place to

Atmosphere is great, so many games to choose from.Service is just alright. The party rooms at the back are extremely warm and unventilated. We tried to keep the door open for airflow but the servers kept closing them on us.The food however is not good at all. We ordered the $18 plate of nachos which were supposed to have chorizo, they arrived burnt around the edges. There was two handfuls of chips in one layer with as little cheese as possible. The jalapenos tasted acrid so we picked them off. When we asked about the chorizo the server apologized for forgetting to tell us the ere out, mistakes happen. He offered us barbeque chicken instead, and we said yes. Five minutes later out comes 1/5 of a chicken breast, lukewarm, in barbeque sauce.Go here for the atmosphere, not the food.
