I think the quality is good, service was very average, at least in my conversation with the person. I am a little disappointed that when I order a regular funky monkey, it comes an inch short of being full. All he had to say was that's what we are asked to give. If they have a cup that big, I don't see why they don't make an effort to fill it up higher.
The smoothie itself was just fine and my two kids loved their smoothies as well. It was only slightly busy and took a long time to get our order so we were in the store for some time. The issue I had with the store was not in the service or the drinks we got, it was with the very loud music playing while we waited. It was really loud and a lot of inappropriate language. I received very nice customer service from them. I go there in evenings on every weekends and there is an Indian girl she works alone at that time. She greets everyone so nicely even though its very busy, she still tries to handle everything nicely. The smoothie was very fresh and tasty and quick service.
