Burgers, fries and onion rings - lukewarm. Drinks - warm, Coke flat. Fries and onion ring containers 1/2 full. Will not go here again! I would give them a minus star rating, if I could.

On Saturday night I picked up a Big Fish and a poutine. I was parked, as per usual. I waited almost nine minutes. When I got home I was sad to see they had overcooked the fish patty so badly it was a puck. There was almost NO lettuce and hardly any sauce. Basically, rather than admit to leaving it in the fryer for too long and asking me to wait again. They hoped they could just serve Mr expensive GARBAGE and that I'd be ok with it. I called immediately and no answer of course. Left a massage. Still no call back. I called again today. No answer. No return call. This is shameful. There are no excuses, this place is pure and utter trash.

I ordered two burgers both double patty and all four pattys are are completely burnt to a crisp both burgers are inedible. I called letting them know but they had no care since it was done through Uber. Very disappointed.

This location is SO bad every single time I attempt to give them another chance (usually per my son's request). They hardly ever have what's on the menu, and the staff will always interrupt you mid sentence to say their favourite line,"we don't have that".Never any greetings, or smiles, but they are fantastic at making you feel like their greatest inconvenience just for walking in.Don't even get me started on their defunct "play place" that, for some unknown reason they have continued to allow access for children. Nothing works, and the doors are broken. It's a liability waiting to happen.Trying to order from their app for pick up is even a bigger waste of time, as again, they do not have most of the menu at this location. So the staff will not make your order, and they will not notify you of this until you have arrived to pick it up.How this location still stands is beyond me.If you want BK, save yourself from an absolute waste of time and head over to the Sumas location. They have a real play place, management that knows what to order to keep the store running smoothly, and staff trained in both how to do their jobs AND how to treat paying customers.

Always a wait. Usually at least 10-15 minutes. Worst bk in the lower mainland.

I ordered my meal on the app for the first time. When I set it up, I thought the order went through, but later, I saw it didn't. So I reordered it but made a couple of mistakes. I forgot to add the cheese again, plus no mayo, onions, or pickles, and add mustard. Then it wasn't busy as only one customer in store. So when I got my food, I noticed they already had the fries in the tray, and I was waiting 15 minutes for my burger, which it shouldn't have been that long. So yes, the fries were cold when I got them. Maybe next time I go, I will go when busy or be like a lady that came in shortly after I got my food and order fries with no salt. They then had to make fries, and they were hot that time.

Waited 15 minutes to get service and ordered onion rings and an ice cream getting ice cream is a lot faster than getting onion rings. There was two other customers and it took them forever too get to them one customer left because they ignored her and I had to Let the staff there know that there was a customer waiting and they told him to hold on don’t go there

This place keeps getting worse, they run out of meat, do not honour their own websites deals, that hadn't expired yet, there's always an issue. Sadly the few decent workers left. It's bad because bk is amazing as a franchise and these people absolutely destroyed it.
