The new owners at Burger King in Abbotsford are very friendly. The service was great, food was hot and fresh. Definitely recommend. Other guests that I chatted with were happy and will be going back again as well.
Absolutely awful. One of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered the SpongeBob Meal and the Original Chicken Meal. The food was cold, the buns tasted terrible and both the Whopper patty and original chicken patty tasted old, dry, and like they had been sitting for a long time. I clearly told the staff I was willing to wait for fresh patties, but they ignored it completely.

However, some customers have reported experiences with cold food and wrong orders, and there are still moments of unprofessional behavior among staff. Despite these challenges, recent visits have shown friendly servers who make good eye contact and get orders right the first time, with food arriving hot and crispy. Overall, while there are still weaknesses, the changes at Burger King suggest a move towards a more satisfactory customer experience.
