Food is great. Unfortunately the last few times of ordering they have forgotten sauces or other small things that make a difference to the sushi experience. But i dont notice until i get home. Also they have a deal if u call in but their phone lines seem to be busy always even if the resturant isnt very busy which is unfortunate.

Ordered food from them on Door Dash. Decided to order a party platter for the family for dinner. This was the first time trying this location, but definitly not the first time having sushi.Part way into the meal, one of our family members began to have a serious allergic reaction. Only after calling the location did we learn they use a peanut sauce.The manager was unapolagetic and simply asked "what do you want me to do about it?". I looked through the app again to see if I missed any warnings or cautions, and none were seen. The manager informed us it was our job to research the meal and its individual components before ordering.So between the hours spent in hospital, and the unempathetic and frankly rude manager of this resteraunt, I cannot in good faith leave a positive review. The manager treated us with complete disrespect and acted as though a peanut allergy is not common.

As I didn't go and pick up I cannot speak to the other 2 categories but the food is of decent quality. I tried the chicken teriyaki, I enjoyed the chicken but felt it lacked teriyaki flavour.

Ebisu is my fave place for rolls and sashimi. Their care for preparation and presentation is obvious. I have eaten at many sushi places from Vancouver to Terrace and in-between but Ebisu in Abby is me and my daughter's go to.She ordered the chicken teriyaki and we were not impressed. And the gyoza are deep-fried which I prefer pan fried. But as for ANYTHING else is OMG! Actually my daughter won't eat any other sushi but Ebisu!Also service is friendly and welcoming.I go there any chance I get!! :)
