I ordered a 8 piece chicken bucket. At least 3 of the pieces were small deep fried bone. Its unacceptable to knowingly serve food like this. I will not be coming back and will be sure to tell everyone I know. I put a dip sauce to show the size of the pieces.

Grew up coming here and there use to always be line ups.Coming here the last 10 times I understand why that is not the case anymore and there's a reason why there's not a lot of business.Service has gotten really bad here. Orders are always wrong or missing items, not fresh, there will always be an issue with the order.Sad to say but I don't think I will ever come back to this KFC location anymore even though it is close by.So many more chicken options now like Church's, Popeyes, Mary browns, or even the other KFC ! Don't go to a place where the workers hate being at the job.

What is wrong with the 11 herbs and spices that the KFC's in Abbotsford cannot follow? I don't get it as it is a franchise and it is supposed to be a consistent product no matter which KFC you go to. With that said I still recommend the KFC in Aldergrove as the staff are very cordial and accommodating in addition their food tastes like it's supposed to with flavor. Avoid Abbotsford KFC at all costs

My plant-based sandwich was good, but the people who work at this location REALLY don't want to be there. I know it's a drive-thru, and not fun. However, you don't have to act like you're being imprisoned in a gulag.Vegetarian options: Fries and the plant-based sandwich.

I went through the drive through today and was told that I had to wait ten minutes for my food, I told the service worker that I will park and that they can bring it to my car (I parked right in front of the place so that they could see me through the drive through window). When they handed me the food they told me “next time drive around when we tell you to or come inside,” um… what!? What is the point of a drive through then! So you want me to go drive around again and wait behind a bunch of cars again? At every drive through that I’ve been to never have I had to go inside after ordering from my car, they bring it to you, again then what is the point of a drive through. Also when ordering employees seemed confused, and over all the customer service is awful, I would recommend that employees receive customer service training and actually put that into effect.

I used to love KFC back on the East Coast, but here in Abbotsford, it's not the go-to spot for hot food. Seriously, this place needs a makeover and some help from corporate. The food quality is iffy, and the service is in need of help. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

The chicken was dry and the breading was so soggy that it was sliding off when you picked it up. Not crisp, just mushy and gross.Even at a BOGO bucket on Skip, this was a total waste of $50.
Wish i could rate the place -5 stars!Horrible on every level, service, food and cleanliness.If i wasn’t super hungry, i think my eyes could of focused better.I would of seen the large, clear, bright, red flags instead of seeing the large red bucket!!The chicken pieces looked like even the chicken didn’t want to be at this location! The staff were a close second place!Corporate should definitely be looking at this location to see what is going on!Zero clue how this place could pass any food inspection!SAVE YOUR TIME AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOUR STOMACH!!Someone else also did their own review! All the windows are broken and vandalized, i’m assuming they won’t fix them because the next smashing review will just be stated again!! Lol

If I could rate 0 stars I wouldI came here on 29/10/2023They only had snack burgers and chicken to offerAfter I’ve been in the line for 40 minsSystem was down but they couldn’t provide the whole menu nor all could they tell us that after being in line for so long after waiting to take our ordersPlease Kfc don’t put 4 employees at an 24/7 franchise and don’t let the restaurant to operate if you lack everything on the menu

Finally! Flavour! Chicken crispy with seasoning. Fries and gravy also had good flavour. The last few years it tasted like everything was cut with cheap plain flour and no one knew what salt was. Big change, good job!

I had a terrible experience at the KFC clearbrook. The staff completely ignored me while I was in the drive-through, and I had to call them multiple times just to get their attention. To make matters worse, they served me cold food. It was a disappointing visit, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
