Worst customer service ever. How they continue to stay in business is beyond me. Yesterday, I ordered online a ten piece meal. I ordered all dark with three sides, a large Coleslaw, a large potato salad, and a large gravy. No gravy but a large helping of fries, .which I did not order. In addition, instead of all dark, I got three wings, two breast and two backs. All white meat, which I did not order. All in all, the meal coast $51.00. No customer service, walk in to a screen SAD
This place is counter service and drive thru only. I ordered via the counter kiosk. 10 minutes later a staff member asked if I was waiting for an order. I told her yes, I'd ordered a bucket of chicken, fries and onion rings, and paid for it. She scrolled thru the orders and finally found it. 5 minutes later she walked to the freezer and came back with 2 bags of onion rings. She put some rings in the fryer and then proceeded to scroll on her cell phone, forgetting the rings....read full review
