Worst customer service ever. How they continue to stay in business is beyond me. Yesterday, I ordered online a ten piece meal. I ordered all dark with three sides, a large Coleslaw, a large potato salad, and a large gravy. No gravy but a large helping of fries, .which I did not order. In addition, instead of all dark, I got three wings, two breast and two backs. All white meat, which I did not order. All in all, the meal coast $51.00. This location does not have a dinning area it is only order and pickup at this location. If your paying cash they will take your order, but if using credit or debit they insist on you using the confusing machine to order. Whatever happened to customer service?
Got the double zinger meal box… asked for the red pepper aioli and was told it’s an extra $.25 - said that’s fine and I got charged for it but they never gave it to me. Also got the corn as the side, but they didn’t think to give me a utensil. Also didn’t get a single napkin. Terrible service, food was fine.
