Went and ordered my food off skip the dishes I get my food. It is cold only like a spoonful of rice little bit and the chicken was colder than cold could be. I called the lady to ask what happened about the rice and she hung up on me and refuses to pick up the phone. Talk about it! Childish

I had the worst experience on Dec 18th at 6:45 pm. There was a lady at the counter and she was very disrespectful, and I could not order there.

Very bad service and rude behaviour

The food here is consistent. The portions aren't the biggest for what you pay but the food is good. I usually get the platter for 2 for me and my girlfriend.

Absolute disgrace — I clearly stated to the restaurant worker that my son has a gluten allergy and asked for no products containing wheat, yet when I got home there were croutons in the Caesar salad and tiny pieces of bread in the rice, making the food inedible for him. I tried calling the store on two different occasions and never got an answer. This location urgently needs to train its staff about allergies and inform customers if meals aren’t 100% allergy-free. I’m demanding a refund, as this product was not adequate — do not go to this location; it clearly doesn’t understand or care about its customers.

I ordered falafel wrap at OPA! was a flavor explosion! Crispy, flavorful falafel, fresh veggies, and creamy tzatziki sauce all wrapped up in a warm pita. Highly recommend for a quick and tasty meal

To order one has to view the electronic menu board, place an order, and bring the entrees to the table as there is no waitstaff. There was plenty of comfortable seating. My husband and I each ordered the Opa Platter (chicken souvlaki, rice, potato, Greek salad, pita wedges and tzatziki). The chicken was tasty but a bit dry. The salad was excellent. The pita triangles were very greasy and there was a fair amount of salt on them too. I brushed off the salt and wrapped each pita in a paper napkin. After a few minutes each of the 4 triangles had produced oily stains on both side of the napkin. In fact they were soaked. I then wrapped all 4 pieces in fresh napkins and found the oiliness much reduced. I like the herbs on the outside, just not all the salt and oil. It was nice dipped in the tzatziki sauce which was excellent. Overall the food quality was good, but carb overload with bread, potato and rice. I would definitely make a different choice next time.

I ordered an Olympus bowl with lamb. The lamb did not taste fresh at all, very dry. It tasted like it was cooked the day before and just heated up slightly. The rice also mushy and clumped together. I took a couples bites of it and had to throw out my whole bowl. The tables were filthy, we had to clean off the table ourselves and the employee didn’t apologize for it being so messy. I’ve been to a different OPA location before and the food was a lot better than this. Waste of $11

This is an EXTREMELY generous 3* review after watching 👀 closely at how the food is prepared. The meat appears to be parcooked and the Caesar salad only has 1 or 2 croutons in it but was given more when i asked! 🤦 I queried the staff and they said that is how many gets used for a portion.
The staff does appear to keep cooking area clean, but obviously do not pay very close attention to details (see photo) The sitting area all the tables were a bit dirty and did not get wiped whatsoever during our visit. The rice is very overcooked and gets reheated. C'mon man! Rice costs pennies to make.

I ordered falafal wrap meal on july 12 evening, i was dissatisfied with food, i have been a great lover of opa. I would like to bring this to attention that please train staff well. The fries were undercooked and the order taker sprinkled lots of salt as if she is in hurry, i couldnt eat them. And there was none other than me for food. Please take my review in positive way so that this can be fixed for future orders.
