I have been going to this restaurant since they first opened over a decade ago and every time is an amazing experience. I've also tried their catering, which is also top-notch. The food, ambiance, and service is always second to none. I've been there for a few important client lunches as well and the menu is completely different but still exceptional.
We rarely get to Abbotsford so we decided to visit a local resto for lunch rather than a chain location. Restaurant 62 was an unexpected pleasure. An excellent modern property with very nice and clean bathrooms. Always a good sign. Our server made a couple of minor changes to a couple of items which we appreciated very much. The food was delicious and well presented. Since we were on the clock, the server organized coffee in to-go cups. I would highly recommend this property.
We love Restaurant 62. It is our top place to eat in Abbotsford. The chef's specials are generally outstanding, but so are the regular offerings. I love the braised short rib, but I have to try the specials almost every time. The BC wine selection is excellent. Service is always good. The ambience is comfortable, despite a kind of warehousy vibe. It is our sense that it would rank among the best restaurants in Vancouver if it were there (and we know them!) and is worth a...
