The best and the greatest place in the town.
We had awful service. We came in as a group but split into 3 different tables around the restaurant. We waited an hour for food, while people who arrived after us got their food. They forgot my order completely and had to rush it, I had to eat after everyone else. We had to go get our own drink refills at the bar and then they charged a 20% gratuity because we all arrived at the same time without informing us in advance that they would be doing it. This place is an absolute joke. We showed up as a group of 12 but they couldn’t accommodate us as a group so we had to be split into 3 tables on opposite ends of the pub. We ordered our drinks and food and the drinks came out and one of the drinks was made incorrectly and instead of fixing it they argued that I was wrong and that it was made correctly.
