Busy! I love Starbucks but I find that they are always understaffed at my local locations. Staff were okay. My pecan latte was tasty.
I ordered a drink at a Starbucks in Chilliwack but I didn’t get to try it until we were already closer to home. Unfortunately, it didn’t taste right, it was extremely bitter so I called this location to ask if they could remake it. The employee was more than happy to accommodate my request & I was shocked. The bartenders are nice. Good location but it's the only Starbucks shop of which the washrooms are locked. Anytime, customers want to use washrooms, we need to wait for them to open. If they're not busy, that's ok, but as they're always busy, we feel like we bother them. It should be solved.
