“What an absolutely great burger and for $10, including fries. You can tell someone has studied their craft well. It's in an industrial section of town, and the cafe has a super basic and nostalgic appearance. It's like stepping back into the nineties or eighties. There's even paper copies of the Province up front, which you used to see in every cafe. I would make the trip out for sure.“

“I had a really lovely visit! The steeped tea was made perfectly—just the right strength and temperature, exactly how I like it. I also had a plain bagel with butter, and it was done just right, with the perfect amount of butter spread evenly. It’s those small details that make a big difference. “I don't even like Starbucks that much but this place has the best staff out of all Starbucks locations I've been to in Lower Mainland.

Food: I didn't like the brownie (too sweet, sticky and soft). Croissant was great.“

“This is my favourite location in Abbotsford. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere in general is welcoming. There isn’t a ton of space to sit inside this location but there is also space outside plus the service and the consistency in how my order is made right every time makes it worth it. When you’re paying for an expensive drink, you at least want it made right and with this location I never have to guess if the drink will be good or not.. it’s always good!“

“They say that with age comes wisdom and they would be right. Culminating in the Rose Room is homemade soups sauces and entrees but we can't forget about the homemade desserts too. You get a satisfying meal for a very very, yes that's, that are affordable with quality ingredients and made by hand by the chef on site who knows his stuff. “I wanted to try the Palm Café for a while ever since I checked the menu there. I ordered the “6 Nutella Banana Waffle with the Eggnog Latte. The waffle was very delicious. The waffle itself was soft and warm all around, the bananas was quite fresh, the Nutella was rich and tasty and the whipped cream was pleasurably sweet (even though the pink colouring does nothing for the cream.) The latte was so, very good and I could taste the eggnog in the beverage. The interior aesthetic was pretty straightforward; however, I do admire the lights and the wallpaper in the establishment. The service was great and I have no complaints against it whatsoever. I highly recommend anyone who loves waffles to come to the Palm Café. Even if you do not care for them, they also make sandwiches and avocado toast.“

“I just wanted to share our wonderful experience here. So, my 3 yr old son could not decide between the chocolate cake and the red velvet cake because the red velvet cake had a oreo cookie on top. We ended up getting the chocolate cake, and to our surprise when the nice lady who took our order served the chocolate cake she placed the oreo cookie on top of the chocolate cake and that just made my son's day. “I just wanted to say I’m a Starbucks lover, but this year the holiday drinks were absolutely disgusting I don’t know why they got rid of the eggnog latte I tried the sugar cookie one the oat pecan , oat eggnog Honestly tasted undrinkable A waste of money they all had a strange taste to them which I kind of expected with the oat milk, they all tasted off Honestly, just stick to your regular Starbucks drink other than that, the service at this Starbucks is great. If I had to say anything negative, there is an unprofessional young man with a moustache who trash talks very loudly about his colleagues in front of customers too. “I came through the drive-thru this morning completely exhausted, running on barely three hours of sleep after heading out early to pick my partner up from the airport. I desperately needed a coffee, but of course my Apple Pay decided not to work and, in my exhaustion, I had forgotten my purse at home.
I unfortunately did not catch her name but on May 28 @ 7:08 am, The beautiful woman taking my order showed me such unexpected kindness and gave me my coffee free of charge. It may have seemed like a small gesture to her, but it genuinely turned my entire morning around. I was literally fighting to stay awake on my drive in from Vancouver, and that simple act of compassion meant more than she probably realizes.
It’s refreshing to encounter people who still lead with generosity and understanding!! Truly such lovely service, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again and again. 10/10 experience.“
