“We order often because the food is incredible! This time we ordered through Uber Eats. We had our daughter, her husband and our grandbabe over. We ordered five meals and the uber driver came with only two. Uber wouldn’t make it right so we called the restaurant and explained. The manager came on the phone and said give me a few minutes to make you fresh fries and I will deliver it to you myself. And he did!!! In the pouring rain on a Saturday night. He hand delivered our missing order with fresh fries (and an extra order of fries). Met him at the door, amazing guy. Went above and beyond and I could tell he did it for the love of his job alone. This is what makes our city, and our country the best place in the world to be. Thank you. We appreciate you! And the food was as delicious as ever!!!“

“Been watching Brgr Brgr on social media since they opened and I’ve been Jonesing to try their burgers ever since because they looked delicious but the glitch being that I live in Langley so it’s a bit of drive to either their Abby or Chilliwack location to check the burgers out. As it happened, yesterday my daughter and I were out that way and I said let go check out Brgr Brgr in Chilliwack and I’m oh so glad very we did! We both ordered the “All Beef Burger” (with the addition of sautéed onions) and it would be sheer understatement to say they did not disappoint. In all honesty, hands down and without any doubt whatsoever, it was the very best hamburger I have ever eaten!!! The brisket/chuck patty from Lepp Farm was absolutely mouthwatering, so very tasty and juicy and the bun in which it was enclosed was superb in that it was soft, tender and delicious. Rest assured whenever we’re close to either location in the future we’ll be back and I highly suspect we’ll simply “find excuses” to take the drive just go back for more of these incredible burgers. I want to also make mention that our server (sorry, I didn’t get her name) was delightful and a pleasure. Thank you, Brgr Brgr, you totally rock and we’ll be spreading the good word about you at every opportunity!“

“We came on a night there was a concert at Rogers Forum and it was extremely busy in the restaurant. Although we had to wait for a table, the gentleman at the front of the house was incredible communicative and updated us on our wait time status at least three times. Once we were seated, our server, Cooper, was incredibly attentive, friendly and provided top-notch service, despite the fact that the place was packed. We ordered burgers and salads and they were absolutely delicious. I had the garden salad which came with my burger and it definitely wasn't one of those salads that a lot of restaurants dump in a bowl from a bag. It was loaded with a variety of veggies and the dressing was delicious. My husband had the Caesar salad with his burger and it was loaded with bacon, he said he had bacon in every bite! Both burgers were flavourful and full of toppings. My only criticism of this restaurant would be that it's not closer to our house in Langley! Great job!“

“I love their gravy and burgers. One nice thing about the burgers, relish is a topping. You can tell the paddy is fresh. Fries were nice and hot. The lady told us about the fat points fat rewards. Free burger what do you have to lose.

“We had a large group for my wife’s birthday.
Jordan (manager) had expressed that we would be on a tight timeframe with another large group coming in two hours after us. We were a little concerned when we reached 15 minutes after our reservation and we still hadn’t been seated.To the credit of your staff, they assured us it would not be a problem and immediately took us to our table. Then they brought us several plates of bread and chips and guac, including a special plate for a member of our group who has a nut allergy.As we reached the original time we were supposed to leave, our waiter asked about dessert. When we should have been leaving, he brought a free dessert for my wife’s birthday. We didn’t leave until close to an hour later than we were originally supposed to!, and none of the staff made us feel rushed. Alternative arrangements must have been made for the other group.We were very appreciative and we will definitely come back.Bonus points for texting us when you found my wife’s misplaced lip gloss.“

“I went to Triple O's for the first time to see what their food was like. I had a really good experience going there, not the best I mind you. I went there for dinner and ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and the Blueberry Milkshake. The burger was pretty great with the bacon standing out in piquancy. The thick-cut fries were solid good with how nicely salted they were. The milkshake did not disappoint; it had plenty of potent flavour to it and the whipped cream is always a lovely addition to these drinks. The service was decent and I did not find myself waiting too long for my food. The countenance of the place was very straightforward with nothing special to point out. This is not the best burger place; to go to however, I would not mind eating at Triple O's when I am near one again.“

“This is one of the only food places on my way into chilliwack when i visit friends and I'v never been disappointed. Food is always fresh and delicious. The service has always been great. During the summer the parking lot and gas station can be quite busy because it's right on the way to Cultus Lake and finding a parking spot can be a challenge, but it's always great service.“

“I ordered Fried Chicken Tender and Mushroom Swiss Burger for dinner. It tasted fabulous! The beef petty was juicy, there were many mushrooms which were suited perfect for mushroom lovers like me! The chicken tender itself was very crispy and tender, and juicy as well! It was a perfect dinner today. As of overall, the food that I ordered was neat and not too heavy nor light. I will definitely visit again!!“
