“Always good beer selection and great food“

“Went here for lunch with my sisters. They got chicken strips and fries, they were happy with their choice. I got jalapeño dippers for an appetizer (they were really good!!) -- for an entree I got the mac n cheese, unfortunately I found it really salty, the sauce was thick/coagulated and not flavourful. Also the portion was quite small for the price. (I couldn't finish the meal)
I notified my server at the end of the meal when she asked if I wanted to take it go.
Bella was extremely kind about it, (I really dislike complaining about food and rarely do unless i'm really not fond/unhappy with the meal. Bella notified the manager and he came over and spoke with me about.
They graciously took the meal off my bill which was super appreciated as I didn't eat much of it at all. Bella was super reassuring about me speaking up about the food and insisted that everything was okay, such a sweet girl! I would return just to have her as waitress again, and of course the Jalapeño Dippers! Cheers Bella“

“The place is fantastic. Waitresses are friendly and quick. Great service. Food is amazing. I tried Delphi omelet and it was out of this world. Today I ordered fried chicken Benedict. Chicken was perfectly cooked and marbled potatoes were awesome. It comes in half and full portion. Will never go anywhere else for breakfast again“

Hey, it was a little pricier than most chains at 28 for the two of us to have combos, but the condiments, frosty mug, quality and details A&W puts into their fast food outrank most other chains.“

“Food is a little inconsistent. Was charged for extra sauce for 6 tenders but have never been charged is 10 years at other fatburgers. A few booths were broken and service had a bake sale professionalism. Last time I ordered 6 tenders 2 of them were one tender cut in half so it was almost flat.“

“A group of eight of us attended this location (4 adults, 4 kids) and had one of THE BEST customer service experiences ever. We were greeted by Josh as soon as we walked in the door, and he made sure that every one in our party received a smile, a kind welcome, a super fast, correct order and pleasant conversation. Our coffees were topped up, the kids were treated to lollipops, and our trays were cleared super quickly. Please let the kitchen staff know that we were all pleased with our breakfasts (everything fresh and delicious - and FAST!!) but mostly Josh absolutely made our morning!! So thanks! “On Tuesday, May 12th, seniors group from Taproot Community Support Services and Staff had celebrated birthday and our annual spring lunch outing. Jann our server was excellent and worked so hard to make sure we had our lunch and drinks. She went above and beyond making our lunch so great. We highly recommend her and thank her so much.“

“Service was excellent! The only issue we had was the air conditioning was blasting and it was freezing. Asked the server to turn it down which they did at 1st but apparently the other side of the pub was too hot. So the heating/cooling wasn't consistent thru the pub. They did give us vouchers though because we froze.“

“Love Browns on the bypass in Langley. Seldom too busy to get seating but does fill up. Food is good and is the testing centre for new menu items. Staff here is particularly good with Vince at the bar leading the charge. If busy we usually sit at the bar for his service. He hustles, converses regardless of how busy it is, and always checks in on how we are doing.
We love the Cucumber salad but have noticed that it has not yet been rolled out to the other Browns we frequent. Its a winner so hope to see it elsewhere soon.“
