“Finally decided to give this spot a try! Our server Alexis was AMAZING! Such an amazing server, so friendly, goes out of her way, so good with all her other tables too! The hostesses a brunette and blonde were incredibly unfriendly and didn’t smile once, even while we were there. We got worried our server would be rude but Alexis was great! The food is okay but not great. I was hoping it would be better than Cactus at least but it wasn’t and Cactus is a chain restaurant with delicious food every time. The dill wings didn’t taste like dill although the crunchiness of it was great! The coconut prawns and the gyozas weren’t anything special, tasted average and similar to frozen packaged food. I’ve definitely had better at other restaurants and $90 for 3 appetizers, a main and 2 sodas was a little steep only because it was very average food. The Haven Burger was decent! We would definitely come back to try other items next time only because Alexis was awesome and we’d come back for good service like that. But please tell your hostesses to be friendlier and smile. We were there for an hour and they battered a smile maybe ONCE with a colleague.“
“There was a smell like washroom whe you open the door but I can't tell if it was coming from the restaurant or just the hallway itself...Food - The food was delicious! Flavourful, presentation was beautiful and the food smelled great.Drinks - I could do without the drinks but still good. The green apple spritzer my mother in law liked!“
“Last night was my first visit to Annora. Hats off to the chef, the food was delicious in all categories ie Starters, Entree and dessert. The service however left a lot to be desired. The waitress was curt and very unfriendly. Her explanation of the different menus was not clear so when she came back to take the order, she was not happy with our interpretation of her explanation. The bus girl reached over plates of food to pick up and refill a water glass or to sprinkle pepper. That would be a learning moment where she should be told to reach from behind a customer rather than over someone's plate; Dinner dishes were being cleared from our table while one out of five customers was still eating. The same thing happened when clearing the dessert dishes, very rude. Then the waitress placed the dessert menu on the table and said that we can now look at what's available and let her know. She didn't return for at least 20 minutes and then said that the menu was not required because we had placed dessert order at the start, we could have told her that had she not ran away from the table after dropping the menu. Then when it came to the bill, one of the customers wanted to pay the bill of another person who had left for the washroom. When she said that to the waitress, the waitress was pissed and said you should have said that at the start. Well the customer couldn't because it was a surprise! Not a problem, that reaction was reflected in her tip. When the receipt came out for the customer next to me, rather than place it on the table, she more or less threw it. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION!! However, I will repeat, the food was excellent!!“
“I dined in at Brown's Walnut Grove this evening. Tyler was our server and he was amazing! He gave informative and detailed recommendations of their food and drinks. Everything he recommended that we ordered was delicious. He was attentive, friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. He was a fantastic server and made our evening much more enjoyable! I will definitely be coming back with family/friends and requesting his section.“
“The food was really good, ate up the ribs and fries less than 10 min and that’s pretty good for me personally. Service was good, very talkative and sweet. Everything overall was good. Never been before and it was amazing.Parking: finding parking was good because it was late, past usual dinner time.“
“We had the two fish dishes (sable and steelhead) with a mussel starter. All were amazing and the presentation was fantastic. As it was our anniversary they offered us complimentary champagne or a dessert. A nice touch. We will definitely be back.“
“Been coming here for alot of years....always ask to be seated in Sandra's section ! Sandra is always a pleasure to deal with and her experience as a server is top notch ! That being said, the last little while there have been some new Hostesses and bussers hired that seem to lack the concept of customer service conversation and smooth delivery of beverages. They also may be learning the ropes and perhaps adjusting to a new "environment " hopefully this will improve moving forward.“
“Went for my sister's birthday dinner with the family waitress Teagan was awesome and so was the food Loved that they had so many gluten free options. They even had free birthday dessert. Highly recommend ?Dietary restrictions: Loved how they had so many gluten free options usually have a hard time finding restaurants with gluten free option here they had a whole gf menu and even baked my yam fries tto ensure no cross contamination“
“Employees all attentive and polite. Location clean and comfortable.Covered patio available but very hot.Food hot and delicious! But not enough food in the Dragon Bowl for $25. I am a 140 pound female body builder and I left the table hungry. Regular drinks are $4.50 (pop) The decor is in dark colors and it was quiet until noon, when it got busy.I still recommend.“
“I was going to give it 4 stars, but after having great food, service, and atmosphere, which were all 5 stars, it was hard not to. Recently the Triple O's diner experience has been lacking, too expensive and the burgers were 'off', so we were hesitant at and OG White Spot changing our minds, but this time the original Triple O burger tasted like it did back in the 80's and all was right in the World. We will be coming back to this location, I'm not sure if the New downtown Langley one will be as good as Walnut Grove, here's hoping...“
“We were put out of our house due to no water so we booked the hotel ans came to rickys for dinner. The hostest and waitress were amazing. My son is autistic and was very worried we were losing our home. The waitress got him some stickers they happen to have in the back and it make him feel so much better. She engaged with him and i couldnt be more thankful!“

Food is always delicious, we didn’t wait too long for our order, everything was tasty and fresh and hostess was super friendly.Prices were fair considering quality of preparation.My advice for food anything with chicken…Coming back for sure and all recommendations for this Cactus Club??“
“What a great location! We rolled in with a sports team (24 people) unannounced, and they staff were really accommodating. The manager informed us the service may be slow, however they knocked it out of the park. We were all served within 20mins, and the waitress was so friendly!Parking: Lot's of parking, even for big busses.“
“This was the perfect dinner out for my 35th birthday with my husband. Our server Kaitlyn was thoughtful and intentional in her approach to our night. She gave us the space to enjoy one another's company but not to the extent of waiting around for service if required. Our drinks and appetizer came quickly and transitioned to our entrees with perfect timing also. Our meals were hot and cooked to perfection. We actually changed our reservation from another restaurant at the last minute, and I'm actually so thankful we did!“
